Hi, Any cloud based service can host python script. I am not aware of of any free service that can host for all the time.

https://www.pythonanywhere.com/ can be useful to host a simple script. Another way to implement is to run it on google colab. The app can be downloaded on the cell phone and the script can be kept running all the time since our cell phone is ON all the time.
